Biomechanics
This is the body and it's movements. Agility, Mobility, and Endurance
Technical Ability
This is all the technical tools for soccer. Passing, Dribbling, Turning, Shooting etc..
Cognitive Capacity
This is the ability to perform the mental math for soccer. Input-output reaction time. Mental agility.
Soccer IQ
This is knowing of rules, tactics, and having a reference of experience and knowledge of the game.
Emotional Intelligence
This is all about controlling and managing emotions towards oneself and others. Very important pillar!
